Today I want to share more than a recipe

Hi there, 

It’s Iosune here and today I have some (very) exciting news. 

For a while now I’ve been thinking about another way of sharing all I know about veganism and what helped me at the beginning to not give up on it and go back to a “simpler” diet. 

Yes, “simpler”, because for me making plant-based meals is just as hassle-free as making any animal-based food. 

Anyway, maybe you’ve been here for quite some time, or maybe you’re kind of new to Simple Vegan Blog. It doesn’t really matter, what matters is that you’re here today, and you’re part of this. 

And that I want to share this news with you.

So… 

If you’re here it’s probably because you’re either a vegan or a vegan-to-be (I don’t really care if you’re on the making, what’s important is that you’re trying). 

See, for me, what became more difficult at the beginning was that I didn’t know what to do. 

I would go to the supermarket, walk through aisles and aisles and just stare at ingredients because I didn’t know what meals to make or how to cook every vegetable so that my body would benefit better from all the nutrients it has. 

It was pretty much chaos at first, and I don’t blame myself (so you shouldn’t blame yourself either), there is so much out there, so many options, that it’s tough to know what’s better for your body; what to buy, where to buy it from, how to make it… 

I mean, it’s pretty complicated if you don’t do any homework before. 

So, I decided to do a free and online Masterclass on Thursday, January 14th at 4:00 pm (PST) because I want to show that it is possible to have a hassle-free method for vegans on the go, with weekly plant-based menus that are balanced, healthy and tasty. Whilst saving time and money and contributing to the environment.

It may not be easy if you don’t have the basics and a guide to follow, but it is possible.

And I may just be working on that guide, but I don’t want to spoil the surprise for you.

In our Masterclass, I’ll be talking about a lot of things, but mainly, I’ll be sharing those basics by explaining the 3 factors I think you should consider when planning your weekly vegan menus: 

  • How to save time when cooking plant-based meals, so you don’t have to get home late from work and spend over an hour every day in the kitchen. 
  • How to save money when food-shopping so your food doesn’t cost the same as your mortgage. 
  • How to follow a healthy and balanced diet that has all the nutrients your body requires.
