Time for another brown smoothie bowl- but it is jam packed!

General smoothie base:
– handful of greens
– frozen banana
– water or non-dairy milk – hemp seeds, chia seeds & flax seeds

Now add any other fruit- like strawberries, mango, pineapple, blueberries- whatever you want! The color may not look great but who cares!

I love adding granola to my smoothies for a bit of texture. What is your go-to smoothie? .
