Sometimes you gotta act like a lil kid and make some hot pockets. Puff pastry encasing just a simple tomato basil sauce, homemade mozz, and homemade seitan pepperoni. Nostalgic, delicious, and thankfully didn’t burn the inside of my mouth since they have a tendency of containing hot lava 😅
