Berry compote is an ideal recipe to eat with any kind of sweet foods. If you like fruit, this compote will give a delicious taste to all your favorite dishes, as well as plenty of vitamins and antioxidants.

I made this compote with strawberries and blueberries, but you can incorporate all the fruits you’d like. Besides, I didn’t add any sugar, but feel free to add the sweetener you prefer.

This recipe is wonderfully good and it’s so fruity, healthy, and nutritious. It’s only made with natural and inexpensive ingredients you can find at any grocery store. Also, it’s very easy to prepare and is ready in 15 minutes.

To make this berry compote you only need a pot and a potato masher to mash the fruit. If you’re looking for a creamier texture you can blend it, but I used a masher because I like a more liquid texture.
