Banana milk is a delicious beverage perfect for hot weather. It’s packed with lots of nutrients and vitamins, and it’s also very healthy and not expensive at all. It’s so refreshing and great to have on a summer evening.

This milk is only made with fruit and water, so it’s a very good option for those who don’t or can’t eat nuts. Besides, it’s SO good and full of flavor, and it’s a great way of incorporating more fruit into your diet.

I added some dates for a sweeter flavor, but you could change it and use a different kind of sweetener, or none at all. You can even customize your milk with ingredients like vanilla extract, cinnamon, or spices.

To make this banana milk you only need a blender and 5 minutes of your time. Serve it cold and drink it for breakfast or also as a healthy snack and enjoy an amazingly good and different plant milk!
