  • If you want your smoothie really cold, add your banana frozen as well as some ice cubes. It will also be creamier.
  • You can either use fresh or frozen spinach.

Will this avocado smoothie turn brown?

Avocados get brown when exposed to air – it is a natural chemical reaction. However, this does not mean they’re going bad or turning rancid, so even if the smoothie gets a little brown, it will still have the same properties as it would if it were totally green.

Can I make this avocado smoothie without milk?

You could substitute the milk for juice, coconut water or regular water. Although I used homemade almond milk, if you don’t like it feel free to use any other kind of plant milk.

How long will this avocado smoothie last?

Keep it in an airtight container in the fridge and it will last for 1-2 days in the fridge. Make sure to drink it while it’s still fresh so it keeps all its properties.
